Carson Frame & Alignment Services

I came here because my steering wheel tilts to the right when driving straight, so I figured I needed an alignment. Before working on my car he asked if I had any work done recently and said no. He mentioned my steering wheel is tilted to the right and I stated I did hit some potholes and it started doing that recently. While I was waiting for them to finish I saw the owner and an older mechanic working on my car. After they finished I was told the alignment is good but if the wheel continues to tilt, it would be an electric power steering issue. I drove off and noticed my steering wheel felt stiff which wasn’t like that before I went there, not only that my wheel is tilting to the left now when driving straight. I go back and explain what I experienced and the owner questioned me if my vehicle had been in an accident. I told him it wasn’t and he immediately said that was a lie because lower left wheel was out of alignment, there was a new part put on that side, and he could see where they buffed it out. I told him I scratched the car on the on that side but no one hit my car. The owner truly felt like I was lying and I pulled up the repairs I had done on my car back in September o

Just moved to Memphis from Georgia so wasn’t sure who to go to and who to trust. I am someone that refuses to go to the big corporate shops because they want to up-charge you and tell you everything is wrong, so finding a shop you’re comfortable with can be challenging. That wasn’t the case at Carsons, these guys are great and super fast. Dropped my truck off to get brakes done at 2pm and they had it done at 8am the next day. They called and I didn’t answer so they left a voicemail and a few hours they called me back again to make sure we talked, this was super helpful and appreciated because most shops suck at communicating and will have just let my truck sit until I called back. Overall these guys are great 5/5 and the price was fair.

Called and asked if they could squeeze me in for an alignment. They did with no hesitation. Taken my truck to several places and always pulls or the steering wheel is crooked. Not with these guys! Also topped off all my air pressure in my tires without asking. GRADE A SERVICE!!!

Their service was top-notch and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the alignment issue with my car. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything to me. I was also impressed with their fair pricing, as they offered competitive rates compared to other auto shops in the area. Overall, I had a great experience with Carson frame and alignment and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
